Strategic Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic plans, monitor organizational performance, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and business priorities. The role will contribute to performance analysis, KPI development and tracking, strategic initiatives, and the preparation of reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

As a Strategic Planning Specialist, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to help turn strategic goals into real, actionable plans. You’ll track how well we’re executing against those goals, keep departments aligned with the bigger picture, and make sure decisions are backed by solid data. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Professional project management certification such as: PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in strategic planning or project/program management
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office

• Contribute to developing and drafting the organization's strategic plan in coordination with senior management
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable execution plans and initiatives
• Prepare periodic reports on strategic plan implementation progress
• Analyze internal and external data and trends to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational plans align with the overall strategic direction
• Support strategic project management from planning through execution and follow-up
