To lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that support Art's programs, exhibitions, and initiatives, driving value creation, funding opportunities, and long-term collaborations. The role focuses on building high-impact relationships with government entities, private sector partners, cultural institutions, and sponsors to enhance Art's positioning and sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop and execute partnership strategy aligned with Art's vision, programs, and growth objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships, sponsor ships, and collaborations across public and private sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cultural institutions, corporates, foundations, and government entities
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and agreement execution
- Design tailored partnership models and value propositions that align with partner objectives and Art's strategic priorities
- Oversee execution of partnership agreements, ensuring delivery of commitments, quality standards, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (programs, exhibitions, marketing, and communications) to align partnership opportunities with initiatives
- Monitor partnership performance and impact, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Ensure all partnerships comply with legal, branding, and governance requirements
- Represent Art in external engagements, events, and forums to strengthen relationships and expand the partnership network
- Track and report on partnership pipeline, revenue/funding contributions, and strategic outcomes
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting capability development and performance improvement
SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, arts management, marketing, communications, or equivalent
