Role

Purpose:

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide Saudi graduates with practical experience in a professional corporate services environment through a structured rotational training program. Trainees will gain exposure to various business functions, including Corporate Services, Human Resources, Government Relations, Governance, Compliance, Fund Services, and Business Operations, while developing the technical, operational, and professional skills necessary for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a structured rotational program across multiple business functions and service lines.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational, administrative, and client service activities.
  • Support corporate services activities, including company administration, corporate record maintenance, and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in preparing corporate documentation, meeting minutes, resolutions, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support client onboarding, document collection, due diligence, and compliance reviews.
  • Gain practical exposure to corporate governance and entity management processes.
  • Assist with HR administration, recruitment support, personnel records, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Learn the practical application of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Support Government Relations activities and the administration of government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Ministry of Commerce, MISA, and other relevant portals.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management information.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or final-year student at an accredited university.
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
    • Accounting
    • Finance
    • Business Administration
    • Human Resources Management
    • Law
    • Economics
    • Management Information Systems (MIS)
    • Corporate Governance or related disciplines
Skills and

Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
