Job Description
- Accelerate the onboarding and launch of new projects with efficiency and structure
- Enhance partner experience and ensure high-quality operational collaboration
- Take ownership of new projects post-contract signing and lead the Project Kickoff phase
- Monitor early-stage project performance and ensure stability until the first 100 successful orders
- Identify and pursue opportunities through platforms such as Etihad (اعتماد)
- Support the expansion of the service provider network (Supply Growth) aligned with new city expansions
- Contribute to acquiring large-scale projects across government and private sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with external partners or B2B environments
- Familiarity with government platforms (e.g., Etimad) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
