We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee's Affairs Specialist to join our team in Al Kharj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of trainee programs and ensuring an enriching experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trainee programs and activities.
- Provide administrative support, including managing trainee records and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for trainees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor trainee progress and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of training materials and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
