Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management specially in food delivery industry.
Experience with process mapping 'VISIO or ARIS' plus workflow analysis.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google sheets, PowerPoint and Metabase.
