Project Development Associate

We are looking to hire an Associate to join the Project Development team based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia You will run bids end to end from early business development and market sounding through submission to commercial and financial close In practice This opportunity suits someone who checks the version number before sending holds five work streams and deadlines together at any given moment and has excellent written and spoken communication skills Coordinate the planning compilation and submission of bids in response to Requests for Proposals RFPs Requests for Qualifications RFQs and other solicitation documents Develop and manage detailed bid timelines and checklists to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule

Liaise with internal teams including Legal Technical Project Finance and ESG to gather inputs and ensure bid requirements are met Support proposal development by drafting non-technical sections and assembling final submission packages Support the transition from preferred bidder status through to commercial and financial close including coordination of advisor and lender work streams

Maintain version control of bid documents and manage submission portals or physical delivery logistics

Ensure proposals comply with client instructions and internal governance processes Track clarifications questions and responses during the bid process and maintain clear records Support post-submission follow-up including presentations interviews and clarification requests

Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities following bid outcomes

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field. 3 5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management or tender development, preferably within infrastructure, energy or PPP sectors. Familiarity with the full bid lifecycle, particularly in large-scale or government procurement contexts Experience working effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments bid coordination proposal management tender development
