We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Management Specialist to support the Product Department by managing product information, documentation, and related processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and effective coordination across relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain product lifecycle information through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and approved MS Office applications.
- Enter, update, and regularly review product data, including technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant product information in Dynamics.
- Analyze product, sales, and inventory data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, performance patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product inventory levels and support the preparation of product-related reports and analytical insights.
- Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and product-related materials in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain accurate and organized product records, specifications, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal departments regarding product information, documentation, requirements, and updates.
- Support product testing and development activities, including coordinating technical and laboratory testing and maintaining related records and results.
- Assist in evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for product enhancement and development.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure product availability and address product-related issues.
- Follow up on identified product issues and support relevant teams in tracking corrective actions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product information and requirements are accurately communicated and maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain periodic product reports and provide required updates to the direct manager.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, product procedures, documentation requirements, and approved quality standards.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
