Job Purpose:Own the strategy-to-execution chain for Dev Co Operations, including the business strategy and roadmap, three-year and annual business plans, strategic initiatives portfolio and business analysis that turns performance data into decisions.
Job Responsibilities- Lead development, refresh and periodic review of Dev Co Operations business strategy and strategic roadmap.
- Manage the annual and three-year business planning cycle.
- Lead the annual budget submission and budget review cycle with Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Maintain the Strategic Initiatives Register and track benefits through closure.
- Conduct operational efficiency studies and prepare improvement business cases.
- Design and maintain the strategic performance framework and produce Quarterly Business Review analysis.
- Deliver structured business analysis, options appraisal, scenario modelling and benchmarking.
- Prepare executive-level papers and presentations that convert analysis into decisions.
- Ensure alignment of strategy, business plan and performance framework with Group direction and related Dev Co Operations functions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years' total experience with a minimum of 3-4 years in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management, business analysis or management consulting.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong executive writing skills;
Arabic advantageous. Demonstrable capability in analytical modelling and executive-grade presentations. - This is a full-time role based in Riyadh
