Merchant Onboarding & Experience Specialist

• Build and continuously improve the category structure, product standards and onboarding governance framework for flash grocery.
• Define category standards, product attributes, information requirements and market-specific guidelines.
• Design standardized processes, checklists and quality requirements covering preparation, review, setup and launch.
• Drive pilot launches for different integration models, priority categories and merchants, and develop scalable SOPs.
• Work with business, Product, Engineering, Data and regional teams to drive implementation.
• Track onboarding issues, identify rework and efficiency gaps, and drive them to resolution.

• 5+ years experience in e-commerce, retail, quick commerce, local services or platform-based businesses.
• Experience in category operations, product operations, merchant operations, process design or business governance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear rules, standards and execution processes.
• Strong structured thinking, analytical, project management and cross-functional execution skills.
• Proficiency in English for cross-regional communication and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
