Business Continuity Specialist ( Tamheer Program

We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist ( Tamheer Program ) to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The role will help ensure organizational resilience by identifying potential risks, assessing business impacts, developing continuity strategies, and supporting the organization’s readiness to respond to and recover from disruptive events.

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
• Conduct and maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and business continuity risk assessments.
• Identify critical business processes, dependencies, resources, and recovery requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Crisis Management Plans
  .
• Coordinate and participate in business continuity exercises, simulations, and testing activities.
• Monitor test results and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support crisis management and organizational response activities during business disruptions.
• Coordinate with business units and key stakeholders to ensure continuity requirements are understood and implemented.
• Maintain business continuity policies, procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
• Monitor relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and industry best practices related to business continuity and organizational resilience.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on business continuity readiness, risks, testing, and compliance.
• Support awareness and training programs to strengthen business continuity and resilience across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in ( MIS, Business Administration, Engineering all fields, IT all fields )
