Senior Specialist - Graphic Designer; COR

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a creative and skilled Senior Specialist - Internal Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing graphic content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our audience across various platforms.

• Create and design high-quality graphics for a range of mediums including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop visual concepts and campaigns that meet organizational goals.
• Produce innovative designs for presentations, reports, promotional materials, and other company collateral.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and effectively represent the company's identity.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the company's visual communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in the development of design ideas and concepts, providing creative input to enhance overall projects.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and team members.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
