Performs suchfunctions as media center support, including visual aids presentation and videoand audio production.

Inspects anduses broadcast materials and equipment. Determines equipment/ materialsrequirements and submits orders as directed.

Develops scriptsin support of audio and video training programs as directed.

Assists in coordinating with all Media Center personal and staff functions concerned the control anduse of Media Center services.

Performsoperator maintenance and any other duties as required by the RSAF.

Plansand develops OJT in accordance with RSAF directives.

Knowledge of film production equipment operation, presentation and camera techniques,editing, script composition, and public speaking principles is mandatory.

Knowledge in audio and video editing computer hardware and software operationis required.

Additional knowledge inspecial effects and video mixing is highly desired.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications ora related Radio and Television field is a must.

Should have the knowledge necessary to instruct Production Training Courses.
