Reef Group is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to develop compelling content. This role is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that reflects the brand’s voice, supports marketing campaigns, and drives audience engagement across digital and offline channels.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams to craft content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining consistency with brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Content strategy and planning:

• Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing and brand strategies.
• Research industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors to generate relevant content ideas.

Content creation and management:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and quality across channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to produce multimedia content.

Performance monitoring and optimization:

• Track content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.

Brand voice and quality assurance:

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
• Review and approve external content contributions to ensure quality and alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
