• Oversee and execute the planning, shooting, and editing of video and photography content across campaigns, social media, and aggregator platforms (product photography), ensuring high production quality.
• Lead the full production workflow, from concept development and storyboarding to execution and delivery, in line with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Partner with Creative head, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams to ideate and deliver campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launch content.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and freelancers - providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Ensure effective management and maintenance of production equipment and resources, keeping operations seamless and efficient.
• Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; ensure creative assets are delivered on time and within scope.
• Review and track content performance, using analytics to optimize effectiveness and experiment with new formats.
• Identify and implement AI-driven and emerging creative tools to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience managing content production and creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and campaign assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of social media formats, platform trends, and audience engagement best practices.
• Ability to balance creativity with deadlines, budgets, and operational needs.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience with food, lifestyle, or hospitality content.
• Awareness of emerging AI tools and interest in applying them to creative production.
