Photographer

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Junior Photographer to support documentation and visual reporting across our construction projects. This role is responsible for capturing high‑quality images of project progress, site activities, equipment, safety compliance, and completed work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on active construction sites and has a strong interest in industrial and technical photography.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture daily, weekly, and milestone photographs across construction sites.
• Document project progress, equipment installation, site conditions, and construction activities.
• Photograph safety practices, toolbox talks, training sessions, and compliance activities.
• Support aerial photography using drones (if certified and applicable).
• Edit and organize photos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Create labeled folders and maintain an organized digital archive for project teams.
• Work closely with engineers, HSE teams, and project managers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE while on site.
• Assist the communications team with photos for internal reports, presentations, and social media (as needed).
• Ensure photography equipment is maintained, calibrated, and stored properly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, Media Production, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Basic experience in DSLR or mirrorless photography.
• Understanding of composition, lighting, and framing for technical photography.
• Ability to follow instructions and capture photos based on engineering or documentation guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and construction site environments.
