Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee

As a Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee in our Riyadh office, you will support colleagues across our branches by creating high-quality visual materials that align with Aon’s brand and help us communicate effectively with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.
• Design a wide range of materials (e.g., advertisements, brochures, business logos, reports) for digital and print channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.
• Work closely with brokerage teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high‑quality client materials.
• Support any online or offline media requirements as needed.
• Produce branded items such as prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and similar collateral.

Skills & experience

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to translate requirements into impactful visual solutions.
• Prior experience (academic projects and/or internships) working with multiple design platforms and formats (digital and print).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders.

Education & requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating graphic design skills, and creativity
• Advanced English language proficiency is required.
