Job Title: Photo and Videographer

department: Internal Communication & Marketing

We are looking for a talented and driven Photographer & Videographer to become the visual voice of our organization. This is more than a technical role, it is a creative partnership with our Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams to shape how the world sees us.

From capturing the scale and ambition of our construction projects to producing polished executive portraits and high-impact corporate videos, you will be at the heart of our brand storytelling. You will also serve as the custodian of our Visual Asset Library, ensuring a world-class archive of content that supports every function of the business. If you thrive in dynamic environments, take pride in visual craft, and want your work to reach boardrooms, project sites, and global platforms this role is for you.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities Photography & Videography
  • Capture compelling, high-quality imagery across active construction sites, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, leadership engagements, and employee activities.
  • Conduct executive and professional photography for senior leadership, corporate publications, and external-facing materials.
  • Document project progress, milestone achievements, and site completions through visual storytelling that reflects the scale and quality of our work.
  • Plan and coordinate shoots with project teams and site management, ensuring both creative outcomes and full compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Conceive, storyboard, film, edit, and deliver a wide range of video content — including corporate films, recruitment videos, project showcases, event highlights, leadership messages, and social media content.
  • Produce motion graphics, subtitles, lower-thirds, transitions, and visual effects that align with brand standards.
  • Edit interview-based content, testimonials, project documentaries, and event recaps for use across websites, presentations, digital screens, and internal platforms.
  • Optimize content formats and specifications for each distribution channel, from full-length corporate productions to short-form social assets.
Visual Asset Management
  • Own and operate the organization's centralized Visual Asset Library, maintaining a structured, searchable, and consistently updated archive.
  • Develop and enforce metadata standards, including keyword tagging, project names, locations, business units, event types, dates, and content categories.
  • Manage image rights, usage permissions, and version control across all assets.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to ensure the library remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with current brand standards.
Brand & Communications Support
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business Development, and HR to produce visual content that supports campaigns, announcements, employer branding, and award submissions.
  • Contribute to the visual development of annual reports, presentations, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Serve as a brand guardian — ensuring every image, video, and graphic asset consistently reflects our corporate identity and visual standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating project documentation, event coverage, executive portraits, and polished video production.
  • Previous experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale corporate environments is highly preferred.
