Job Description Overview The Graphic Design & Exhibition Media Specialist will be responsible for developing compelling visual communication solutions across exhibition, architectural, and cultural projects. The role combines exhibition graphics, interpretive design, way finding systems, branding integration, media planning, visualization support, and stakeholder presentation materials. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, interior architects, exhibition planners, media consultants, and client stakeholders to create engaging visitor experiences and world‑class communication environments that align with international museums and exhibition best practices.
ResponsibilitiesExhibition Graphics & Interpretive Design
- Develop exhibition graphic systems, interpretive panels, environmental graphics, and visitor communication materials.
- Create visually engaging storytelling frameworks that support exhibition narratives and enhance visitor understanding.
- Produce information graphics, display graphics, educational content, and exhibition branding elements.
- Support gallery, exhibition, and cultural environment design initiatives through innovative graphic solutions.
- Develop way finding strategies, signage systems, and visitor orientation solutions.
- Support visitor journey mapping and spatial communication planning.
- Create intuitive graphic communication systems that enhance navigation and accessibility.
- Ensure consistency across visitor‑facing communication materials and environmental graphics.
- Collaborate with media and technology teams to support interactive exhibits, digital displays, touchscreen installations, immersive environments, and audiovisual experiences.
- Contribute to media planning, storyboarding, experience scripting, and digital content frameworks.
- Assist in the integration of graphic content within interactive and multimedia exhibition environments.
- Support the development of engaging visitor‑centric digital experiences.
- Produce high‑quality presentation boards, infographics, visual reports, and communication packages.
- Develop exhibition concepts, mood boards, visual narratives, and project presentations.
- Create graphics and visual assets that support stakeholder engagement and decision‑making.
- Assist project teams in communicating design concepts and technical recommendations effectively.
- Ensure alignment of exhibition and project graphics with RCRC branding requirements.
- Develop visual identity solutions for exhibitions and visitor experiences.
- Support communication strategies for public‑facing and stakeholder‑focused initiatives.
- Maintain graphic consistency across various project deliverables and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior architects, exhibition designers, media specialists, and consultants.
- Participate in workshops, design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and project coordination meetings.
- Communicate design intent clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination throughout all project stages.
- Prepare graphic packages, visual communication materials, presentations, and project documentation.
- Contribute to monthly progress reporting and presentation deliverables.
- Maintain organized project files, graphic standards, and design assets.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all visual outputs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Exhibition Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated experience in exhibition, museum, cultural, visitor attraction, interpretation, or placemaking projects.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary design consultancies, exhibition design firms, or cultural institutions.
- Experience working on large‑scale public sector, cultural, or destination development projects is highly desirable.
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
