Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand
Documents that will be required will include, but a not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly / weekly reports, dashboards and bidding documents
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines.
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Create new processes and standards for graphic design purposes
Update and maintain internal databases for graphic design related tasks

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or similar
Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
Proven graphic designing experience
A highly creative mind set with experience of using own creative skills for creation of professional documents
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Proactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency

Desired

Skills:

Previous experience of working in a technical PMO
Previous experience in creation of engineering / project management documents / reports
Experience of working in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary departments
