Job PurposeDesign intuitive, user centered digital experiences that enhance usability, increase engagement, and align product interfaces with strategic business objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Design user interfaces and experiences across digital products
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features
- Translate product requirements into user centered design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Optimize user journeys and interaction flows
- Conduct usability analysis and implement design improvements
- Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards
- Contribute to innovation in digital experience design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field
- Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience in product design is required
- Familiarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile platforms
- Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods
- Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and common design tools
- A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design skills
