We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry-making will be crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

• Plan menus and create new pastry recipes that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our customers
• Prepare and bake various types of desserts, pastries, and breads according to established recipes and standards
• Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their appearance
• Ensure high-quality ingredients are used in all pastry creations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve the quality of our pastries
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and assist them when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with expertise in Indian desserts and pastries
• Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising on taste or presentation
• Attention to detail and creativity in designing unique dessert options
• Good communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team

We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ for this position.
