Florist Assistant

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Florist Assistant, you will assist our head florist in creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

• Assist the head florist in preparing and arranging flowers for different occasions.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are of high quality and meet the client's expectations.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Help with packaging and delivering floral arrangements to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and orders.
• Participate in the design process by suggesting creative ideas for new floral arrangements.

• Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage.
• Creative eye for detail and design with the ability to create unique floral arrangements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

This position is open to individuals of any nationality. However, preference will be given to Pakistani or African candidates who have experience working as a florist. English proficiency is not required for this role, but basic communication skills would be beneficial. Accommodation will be provided for employees who require it.
