The Producer is in charge of executing the creative and production vision, in a hands-on position, to meet and exceed the client expectations. Takes ownership in managing multiple high scale project timelines, budget, suppliers and project conflicts that arise during the production process.
Main Tasks Technical & Product- - Supervise the entire production process from quoting to final film
- - Find the right talents to fit each project, hire crew members, cast actors, source equipment, locations and permits.
- - Create and manage projects schedules and budgets effectively.
- -Assess the briefs, create and negotiate budgets.
- - Coordinate between clients, agencies, production team and post production team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- - Track project resource costs and reduces projects risk going over budget
- - Oversees day-to-day production tasks, ensuring active projects and operations are running smoothly.
- - Ensure that workflow and resources are allocated to maximise profitability and efficiency.
- -Enforce guidelines and parameters for the crew and talents throughout the life of each project
- - Discusses and identifies the best project approach with the executive producer
- -Ensure that the artistic and creative integrity of the project is executed properly according to client needs and Creative Director recommendations.
- -Manage internal and external resources and make sure everyone is aligned on their role and that they deliver
- - Guide the team and help them preempt possible problems and help them find their solutions
- - Support other producers in their projects
- - curiosity to grow and nurture knoweldge and skills

- - Strong negotiator, self motivated, reliable, well organised with multi-tasking skills.
- - Ability to guide and grow others
- -7 to 9 years of experience in the industry with a demonstrable track record of success
- - Ability to understand the culture of the region to better cater to the requirements of clients
- - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- - Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
- - Through the years candidates must have built a strong roster of freelancers’ artists and talents
