UI​/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing user-centric digital products, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. The role requires a strong balance between user experience, visual design, and business requirements. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play an important role in shaping digital experiences across financial products.

This role is suited to a designer who can balance user needs, business goals, and product quality while working closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, polished experiences.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
• Improve user journeys with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
• Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards

• 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Experience designing banking or fintech products
• Experience designing both web and mobile applications
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience working with design systems
• Fluent in English

• Degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Proficiency with core UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Fig Jam, or In Vision
• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Experience presenting design decisions to leadership
• Fluent in Arabic
• Portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted with the application.
