Experience: 10–15 Years

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership
.

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery.
• Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers.
• Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.

• Figma and other relevant design tools
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing web and mobile applications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant Product Design experience.
• Proven experience leading product design teams and complex digital products.
