Senior Digital Marketing & Multimedia Content Specialist

Concourse of Civilizations (COC) is seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing & Multimedia Content Specialist to manage the company’s digital presence and produce professional visual content for its wood manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, and completed project portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for social media management, digital campaigns, photography, videography, graphic design, video editing, content planning, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.

• Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and multimedia content strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube, Facebook, and X.
• Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars for posts, stories, reels, videos, campaigns, and project coverage.
• Capture professional photographs and videos of products, factory operations, completed projects, installation works, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor photo and video shoots, including lighting, composition, audio recording, and shot planning.
• Edit photographs and produce professional short-form and long-form videos, reels, interviews, project presentations, and promotional videos.
• Perform colour correction, sound editing, subtitling, transitions, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
• Design professional social media posts, stories, carousels, advertisements, thumbnails, banners, and digital marketing materials.
• Ensure that all visual and written content follows the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
• Write and edit engaging Arabic and English captions, advertising copy, scripts, and promotional content.
• Publish and schedule content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer enquiries, and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports covering reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor digital marketing and content trends in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Maintain an organized digital library of photographs, videos, project files, designs, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with project, factory, sales, and management teams to obtain the required information and arrange project photography and content production.

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, multimedia content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, or a related role.
• Proven ability to independently plan, shoot, design, edit, publish, and manage multimedia content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar design and video-editing tools.
• Practical knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, and photography and videography techniques.
• Strong experience managing social media accounts and preparing content calendars.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and digital marketing reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual composition, storytelling, audience targeting, and social media trends.
• Ability to write and review professional content in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to the factory, project sites, events, and photography locations when required.
