Reigate Grammar School Riyadh is a leading educational institution committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy SENDCo / Inclusion Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who will support the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) in developing and implementing effective inclusion strategies across the school.

Position Type:
Deputy Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

• Assist the SENDCo in managing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND provision.
• Support teaching staff in identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate interventions for students with special educational needs.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records related to inclusion.
• Liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Contribute to staff training on inclusive practices and awareness of diverse learning needs.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within special educational needs or inclusion roles.
• Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs Coordination or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of current legislation, frameworks, and best practices relating to SEND.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, students, and external professionals.
• Ability to analyze data related to student progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail.
