Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations by developing and implementing effective financial strategies, ensuring compliance with local standards, managing cash flow, budgets and financing requirements for the company’s tech products, and providing strategic insights to support sustainable growth and business objectives.

• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly internal financial statements, and annual audited financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze variances between actual and planned results.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure business continuity.
• Supervise all VAT, Zakat, WHT and regulatory compliance requirements in line with Saudi regulations.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, controls, and ERP-based systems for improved efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate financial risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team fostering accountability and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial management in Tech company, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in technology companies and high-growth startups is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
• High integrity, sense of ownership, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  Arabic is a plus.
