As a Finance Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions. You will also ensure compliance, drive financial efficiency, and provide strategic financial support to foster business growth.

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support strategic business decisions with financial insights and risk assessments.
• Manage cost controls and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.
• Provide financial leadership in the company’s growth and capital strategies, including experience in Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes
  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
  , preferably within the F&B or retail sectors
  .
• Proven experience in IPO processes
  , including preparation, compliance, and coordination with regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles,
  Saudi tax regulations
  , and accounting standards.
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
