ACWA Power is looking for an experienced Associate Finance Manager – KSA, to be based at our Riyadh office. This role focuses on the core finance and auditing functions within ACWA Power’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background, solid audit experience (preferably from a Big Four firm), and professional certification credentials. The position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal control implementation across the business.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/auditing.
• Accounting background with strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Experience from Big Four audit firms (e.g., EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) - preferred.
• SOCPA or/and CPA qualified.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance.
• Experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements.
• Ability to manage relationships with auditors, banks, internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to project financing and long-term investment structures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in multi-entity environments.
