Our client is a leading Investment Advisory Firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They offer specialized advisory services to help their clients grow their wealth and achieve their investment goals.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the asset management team, setting performance goals and providing training to all members of the team. Managing client assets in accordance with their investment preferences, developing and organising client portfolios and preparing financial forecasts are vital parts of this role. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of the business.

• Leadership and strategic management of the asset management team.
• Acquire new assets in line with Company’s objectives.
• Source new business leads and opportunities to manage each client portfolio.
• Manage multiple client accounts and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Regularly research market trends and changes that may impact managed assets.
• Identify important data insights and generate reports using business intelligence software.
• Create impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders and clients.
• Communicate any needed account changes with clients in a timely manner.
• Analyze portfolio changes and identify any irregularities that may negatively impact client asset accounts.
• Make needed changes to client portfolio as needed.
• Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review accounts.
• Keeping up to date with the latest financial trends and market developments.
• Keeping up to date with the latest financial laws and regulations.
• Developing and sustaining ongoing relationships with clients who are looking to invest in the long term.

• Strong financial background and experience with financial modelling.
• Must have experience in traditional assets, fixed income and private equity.
• Proven experience in an asset management role managing multiple portfolios.
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively whilst meeting all key client deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and business modelling software.
