As a dynamic player in the entertainment and real estate sectors in Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Manager - Fixed Assets to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accounting and management of fixed assets to support the organization's financial goals while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the integrity of the fixed asset register, implementing best practices in asset management, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the use of our fixed assets effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Lead audits of fixed assets and facilitate communication with external auditors as necessary.
  • Analyze and report on fixed asset performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved utilization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective fixed asset management.
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to support asset planning and forecasting.
  • Provide training and mentoring to staff on fixed asset management processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams across the organization
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
