Senior Corporate Accountant

On behalf of a well-established company based in Riyadh, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to support financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to sound financial decision-making. This is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong corporate accounting experience.

As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, audits, and strategic financial initiatives. This role is well-suited for professionals who have a strong understanding of corporate accounting standards and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger activities, month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit and review processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably within a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing month-end close and financial reporting cycles.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
