Responsibilities
- Receiving the permanent advanced custody and disbursing it according to the instructions.
- Reviewing documents and ensure that the necessary approvals are completed before disbursement.
- Keeping documents related to collection and expenditures in special files on a regular and proper basis.
- Paying cash salaries to the employees of the institution.
- Oversee the daily cash management.
- Manage cash accounts payable and receivables.
- Prepare expense reports (petty cash) on a regular basis.
- Arranging funds for showrooms during seasons.
- Cash collections and bank deposit during seasons.
- Monitor and keep up-to-date with day-to-day financial operations.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Especially Excel).
- Membership by SOCPA is a Must.
- Ability to handle various financial tasks.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with cash flow preparation for the institution.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Languages:
Arabic, English.
