Role Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading all financial functions of the organization. The role requires strong experience in IPO execution, regulatory compliance, financial governance, and scaling finance operations within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership- Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with growth, expansion, and shareholder value
- Partner with CEO and Board on capital allocation, investments, and M&A opportunities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Lead end-to-end IPO process (readiness, advisors, valuation, listing, investor roadshows)
- Manage relationships with investment banks, regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
- Ensure compliance with market regulations (e.g., Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), CMA requirements or equivalent)
- Oversee post-IPO reporting, disclosures, and investor relations
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (IFRS compliance)
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
- Optimize revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, and insurance claims
- Monitor cost structures across hospitals, clinics, and medical services
- Analyze payer mix, margins, and operational KPIs specific to healthcare
- Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards
- Lead audit processes (internal and external)
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Develop succession planning and finance transformation initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA strongly preferred
- 12–18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in healthcare
- Direct IPO experience (mandatory) – leading or playing a key role in listing
- Experience with publicly listed companies and investor relations
- Strong exposure to regulatory frameworks and capital markets
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Deep knowledge of healthcare financial models and operations
- Expertise in IPO execution and capital markets
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
