About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong Fin Tech and Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience to manage payment operations, financial integrations, and ERP configurations, while aligning Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities- Manage Microsoft Dynamics ERP for payments, settlements, and financial flows
- Ensure accurate transaction posting, reconciliation, and reporting
- Oversee integration between payment systems and ERP
- Translate business and finance requirements into user stories and specifications
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
- Support UAT, reporting, and ongoing system improvements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Fin Tech experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Finance modules)
- Strong understanding of payments, settlements, and reconciliation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
- Payments and settlements knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Experience in financial integrations
- Understanding of user stories and specifications
