Management Accountant Chinese

Our client is a leading technology company listed on the STAR Market of China
, specializing in intelligent solutions for the power grid sector. We are recruiting on their behalf for a pivotal mid-senior role within their newly established joint venture (JV) in Saudi Arabia. It is a joint venture established by listed technology company in China and a highly reputable local company in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a highly experienced Management Accountant stationed in Saudi Arabia to serve this joint venture company, ensuring comprehensive financial governance, cost control, factory financial performance, and alignment with centralized finance functions within the JV.

• Financial Control: Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance and robust internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, cash flow plans, and rolling forecasts. Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial, management, and KPI reports for Group and local management.
• Factory Cost Control (Core): Develop full product cost models. Monitor cost variances, drive cost-saving initiatives, and support pricing decisions with profitability analyses.
• Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability by product, project, and customer to support pricing and margin validation.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage treasury, and optimize receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi tax and customs regulations. Support tax planning, filing, and audits.
• Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Systems & Processes: Align with Group finance systems, support SAP implementation, and standardize processes.
• Audit & Internal Control: Facilitate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 5–7 years of finance experience, with exposure to manufacturing costing, plant finance, and FP&A.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax and financial regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), strong analytical skills, and excellent business partnering abilities.
• The ideal candidate is a Chinese national currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama.
