Our Tamheer Program at anb is designed to provide Saudi graduates with valuable hands‑on experience in a professional banking environment that supports learning, growth, and career development.

• Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, Computer science, Graphic Design and Law.
• Location: Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar.
• Duration: Up to 6 months
• Start Date: Immediately

• Mentorship: Work closely with experienced banking professionals and gain practical industry knowledge.
• Learning Opportunities: Exposure to real-world banking operations, projects, and best practices.
• Networking: Build strong professional relationships within the banking and financial services sector.
• Compensation: Paid program supported by HRDF.

• Applicant must be Saudi.
• Applicant should not have more than one year of professional work experience.
• Applicant must not have been registered with GOSI for more than one year.
• Applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• Applicant must be proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• Applicant’s academic major must align with the department’s requirements.
