Senior Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis
Job PurposeThis role is responsible for supporting the execution of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes and systems, while delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Key Functional Responsibilities- Develop and execute robust financial models and business plans aligned with CEER’s strategic objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in coordination with divisional finance teams.
- Consolidate financial reporting across business units, driving cost optimization and operational efficiency through in-depth analysis.
- Develop and embed variance analysis logic within financial models and enterprise planning and reporting systems to enable accurate performance monitoring and data‑driven decision making.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year), delivering actionable insights and presenting executive summaries and dashboards.
- Ensure financial reporting compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, SOCPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Align ERP system reporting (e.g., EBIT, product cost, market results) with legal entity accounting and management insights.
- Develop short‑term solutions for top management reporting and ad‑hoc financial requests.
- Collaborate with divisional cost controlling teams to align financial inputs and support critical operating decisions.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities across financial planning and business functions.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Experience: 3 Years minimum in a relevant field
