As a Senior Finance analyst, you will work across core finance processes, delivering activities for PwC customers as part of a problem‑solving team, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities- Accounts Payable
- Ownership of accounting and reconciliations; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly closing financial records and posting of month‑end information.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Assist accountants and controllers with A/P issues.
- Review, process and release invoices for payment.
- Resolve vendor queries and tickets within SLA.
- Maintain exception logs.
- Perform transactional tasks supporting compliance, planning, and execution.
- Enforce internal compliance policies and guidelines.
- Perform daily internal audit to ensure invoices and queries are balanced.
- Track exceptions and ensure balance of invoices and queries.
- Order to Cash
- Identify and rectify unidentified cash; manage end‑to‑end cash office reconciliations.
- Identify exceptions in reconciliations and follow up for closure.
- Report cash short/long and recover amounts above threshold per policy.
- Work with merchants on credit card settlement issues and charge‑backs.
- Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions.
- Make collection calls and send invoices via email/fax or hard copy.
- Resolve queries related to cash applications; coordinate with customers.
- Maintain operation within SLA.
- Work as part of the Order to Cash Processing team overseeing end‑to‑end process.
- Collect operational data, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions.
- Minimum 3‑6 years of professional experience, preferably in a leading firm in the Middle East.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or related field; master’s preferred.
- Certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of finance/accounting processes and regional accounting standards.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, operational delivery.
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Microsoft).
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic language skills preferred. - Deep understanding of P2P or O2C processes and accounting.
- Strong soft skills: effective communication, results‑driven, organizational excellence.
Flexibility to travel 100% of the time within Saudi Arabia, with possible overnight stays.
