Senior Internal Auditor

Responsible for executing financial and operational audits across various business units to assess the effectiveness of processes, controls, and financial reporting. The role focuses on identifying risks and control gaps, analyzing root causes, and providing practical recommendations to enhance governance, efficiency, and overall performance.

• Conduct risk-based internal audits across multiple business units
• Perform financial and operational audit fieldwork to evaluate compliance, control effectiveness, and data accuracy
• Identify control weaknesses and operational gaps and analyze root causes
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Follow up on corrective action plans to ensure timely and effective closure
• Support annual audit planning through risk assessment and data analysis
• Assist in fraud detection and investigation activities
• Use data analytics tools to enhance audit testing and identify anomalies
• Contribute to improving audit methodologies and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CISA) preferred or in progress
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in internal audit, assurance, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, IIA standards, and IFRS
• Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and audit/data analytics tools
