Senior FP&A Lead, Saudi Plant — Cost & CAPEX Insights

Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Location:

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes
• Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-to-year, and cost-to-complete metrics
• Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets
• Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending
• Partner with plant stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial accuracy
• Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs for key product models
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing cost structures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
