Main Purpose

Provide expert guidance in specialized investment areas, influencing strategic initiatives and supporting organizational innovation. Ensure that solutions align with SPIMACO’s strategic direction.

• Offer specialized expertise to support strategic projects.
• Develop and implement specialized strategies, frameworks, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on major initiatives.
• Mentor and guide team members in specialized domains.
• Analyze and report on specialized activities, performance, and outcomes.

• Analyze the financial performance of subsidiaries to identify trends and proactive investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence for potential investments and acquisition opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Prepare periodic investment reports and presentations to support senior management decision‑making.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Research market trends and industry benchmarks to support strategic investment planning.
• Develop financial valuation models to support investment appraisals and acquisition decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certification in a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
