Strategic FP&A & Analytics Director

A leading diversified group in Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly strategic and commercially driven Finance & Business Analytics Director to lead the Group’s FP&A and business intelligence function across real estate development, contracting, and facility management sectors.

The role will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in driving financial performance, business insights, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop executive dashboards and business intelligence reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment evaluations including DCF, IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor profitability, project performance, working capital, and operational KPIs across subsidiaries.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and business expansion opportunities.
• Drive reporting automation, data governance, and ERP/BI integration projects.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop FP&A and analytics teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or SOCPA certifications are highly preferred.
• 8–15 years of progressive experience across FP&A, corporate finance, and business analytics.
• Strong experience within real estate, construction, contracting, or diversified groups.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and feasibility studies.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
