SUMMARY

Responsible for providing end-to-end financial leadership across accounting, revenue cycle management (RCM), and supply chain operations. This role requires strong financial leadership within a regulated healthcare environment, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements, JV partner financial governance, and key contractual obligations, including relationships such as NUPCO.

Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the VP will oversee financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across both revenue and cost structures. This role plays a critical part in driving margin improvement, enhancing financial visibility, and aligning financial operations with the organization’s strategic objectives, particularly within a complex healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, planning, performance management, and margin improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA financial and regulatory requirements, including ZATCA, VAT, e-invoicing, MOH/SAMA reporting, accounting standards, and applicable healthcare financial requirements.
  • Manage financial governance requirements related to the joint venture structure, including partner reporting, approval protocols, and financial transparency obligations.
  • Oversee financial and commercial obligations within major contracts, including NUPCO-related obligations, pricing, billing, collections, payment terms, penalties, escalation clauses, and commercial risks.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Government Relations, and other stakeholders to ensure financial practices remain aligned with regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable high-performing teams across accounting, revenue cycle management, and supply chain, ensuring teams have the tools, systems, and capabilities to support operational excellence.
  • Provide financial insights, variance analysis, risk assessment, and actionable recommendations to support executive and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, financial close, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Provide executive oversight of revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, revenue integrity, denial management, and collection performance.
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve documentation, coding accuracy, reimbursement practices, and RCM compliance.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, spending analysis, and value-based purchasing to support cost-effective operations.
  • Implement cost control and optimization strategies to improve margins, reduce waste, and align resources with operational needs.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, financial performance reporting, and variance analysis in partnership with business leaders.
Qualifications Requirements Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial services, preferably in a dialysis, hospital, or healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience within a dialysis, hospital, healthcare, or similarly regulated organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and audit coordination.
  • Exposure to revenue cycle management and/or supply chain financial oversight is preferred.
Other Requirements
  • SOCPA membership is preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, or IFRS certification is advantageous.
