Senior Accountant — Multi-Brand F&B

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Riyadh, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own all numbers across the group, fixing current-year accounting gaps, producing reliable monthly P&Ls per brand, and building the financial reporting rhythm the business runs on going forward.

Someone who has grown with a brand.

The person we want has been part of a small-to-mid food, café, or lifestyle brand that started with one or two locations and expanded while you were on the team. You watched the business scale. You set up the accounting systems as it grew. You fixed messy books because nobody else was going to. You added new entities, POS integrations, suppliers, and compliance requirements as the company expanded.

That experience — building finance while the business builds itself — is what we need. We're looking for someone who was the finance team during a brand's growth phase, not someone who joined a corporate finance department after the systems were already built.

• Prepare and own monthly P&L per brand, closed within 10 days of month-end
• Deliver weekly cash position reports to the CEO
• Maintain per-brand dashboards: revenue, COGS, labor %, food cost %, EBITDA
• Manage accounts receivable aging and payables schedule
• Build and maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Book end-of-service provisions and payroll accounting accurately
• Reconcile inventory with operations and ensure food-cost discipline
• Manage supplier balance reconciliation and disputes
• Ensure full compliance with ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and Mudad — no missed deadlines
• Supervise and develop the general accountant

• Available to start within 30 days (candidates already in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia
• 2–3 years inside a growing F&B, café, or lifestyle brand that expanded from 1–2 locations to 5+ during your tenure
• Hands‑on experience preparing monthly P&Ls per entity or per location
• Strong working knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, Mudad
• Practical experience with at least one accounting system:
  Qoyod, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Comfort with messy starting conditions, you find errors, you don't need everything pre-organized
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with Foodics or similar F&B POS systems
• SOCPA membership; CMA or CPA in progress

SAR 9,000–12,000/month, all‑inclusive (covers housing and transportation). Medical insurance and statutory benefits as per Saudi labor law. Direct reporting line to the CEO.
