Overview
A major Saudi energy company is seeking a VP Finance and Treasury to oversee capital markets activity, treasury operations, and financial planning across a diversified energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead treasury operations including cash management, FX, and debt capital markets.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis across multiple business units.
- Manage banking relationships and credit facility negotiations.
- Report to the CFO and present to the Audit and Finance Committee.
- CFA or CA qualification preferred.
- 10 years in treasury and corporate finance within energy or utilities.
- Experience with sukuk issuance or Islamic finance instruments strongly valued.
- Fluency in Arabic preferred.
