Senior Oracle Function "Fusion Finance modules

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial Fusion modules – GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the financial sector.
• Provide techno‑functional solutions, including system configurations and customizations.
• Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
• Provide user training and post‑go‑live support.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications (Fusion preferred).
• Strong techno‑functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules.
• 3+ projects hands‑on experience.
• Experience working in the financial services or banking sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion tools (BI Reports, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, APIs).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Oracle Fusion Financials certification.
• Experience in large‑scale ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
