The Senior Investment Associate - Venture Capital role is a full-time on-site position based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia within the venture capital and investment management industry. The role supports the investment team in sourcing, analyzing, and evaluating investment opportunities across startups and emerging companies. It involves working closely with senior investment professionals to conduct due diligence, prepare investment recommendations, and assist in portfolio management activities.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, perform sector and technology mapping, and advise senior team members on strategic areas of focus.
• Analyze financial statements and business models to evaluate investment viability, support financial and commercial due diligence processes, and contribute to valuation exercises, deal negotiation, and structuring of investment transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment committees, participate in closing investment deals, and review definitive agreements.
• Contribute to the development of investment theses for transactions, support creation of reports, blogs, and press releases, and actively monitor portfolio companies to assess performance and health.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms, contribute to overall firm strategy, and support administrative tasks as needed.

The role operates in a fast-paced environment with exposure to startup ecosystems and emerging technologies, often requiring long working hours and occasional travel for deal sourcing and industry engagement.
